Just a note to once again Thank You for assisting in the sale of my house.
I was left in a bind when my renter/buyer was forced to move with only 30 days notice after filing bankruptcy. The bankruptcy court would not allow the payments in her restructuring and instructed her to find a lower priced “Rental.”
I was left without escrow funds to assist with my mortgage payments as I refunded her “down payment/escrow security deposit”. We were not able to rent it for 4 months and I was looking at pre-foreclosure, being on Social Security Widows pension.
You went above and beyond what most realtors I have worked with over the years, would have done in assisting in show casing the house for me. I am in my 60’s and your help was invaluable in assisting with the sale of my home.
