Please let me introduce myself. My name is Phil Kretchmar and I currently reside in Lewisville TX with my lovely and beautiful wife Rochelle and my little princess Katarina who is 8. I was born in Chicago and moved here to Texas when I was two years old and have been here ever since. My parents raised me in Farmers Branch and still live in the same house I grew up in, which is pretty cool. I moved to Lewisville in the early eighties, back when Lewisville was "out in the country", and have been here ever since.
I currently am an active member of my Church, Valley Creek, in Flower Mound and enjoy various activities including fishing, riding our go-karts, and riding my motorcycle. I currently sponsor the Kid Kart class at North Texas Karters. It is a local go-kart club in Denton that owns and maintains a kart racing track so kids can race and we all can have a lot of fun! I started working at United Parcel Service when I was 19 years old and have had a wonderful career there up to and including now. I have worked there for 28 years and have about a year until I can retire and receive a pension. I work there on a part time basis now just so I can keep my medical benefits up and running and my pension will continue to grow. I have really enjoyed working there all these years and I will hate to leave but my real estate career has blossomed and so it is time to leave. I got into real estate in 2000 primarily as just a curiosity as I have always wanted to get into this field. I was a Million Dollar producer the first year in Real Estate and a Multi Million Dollar producer the second and at this point, it has grown into a full fledged business with my wife as our office administrator and my assistant.
